We booked this last minute because it was raining very hard and we didn't feel comfortable driving longer. We were only there for about 9 hours, but the staff was extremely kind and helpful. They were quick to check us in and let us grab a few breakfast items on our way out, even though the hot breakfast wasn't open or ready yet. The lobby and our room were clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and nice rooms! Debbie, who was on staff, was super accommodating to me and another guest right after me with special requests. Hampton is fortunate to have her! Great stay and great service!

Upon arrival one person working front desk. Very bad attitude. Said no quiet side rooms available as hotel is sold out. Complete lie: hotel was not full. Room was OK though. Breakfast was OK too but did see employees handling food without gloves on.

Normally, Hampton is my go-to for business travel. Rarely have a less than perfect experience. My only complaint about this time was that the carpet in the room was filthy. Walking around in my bare feet and then stepping into the shower showed how much yuck was on my feet. Otherwise, it was quiet and comfortable.

Location close to the highway was good. We had a room on the same side as the highway but noise was not a problem as some reviewers have noted. But if you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the quiet side.

There are both updated and outdated rooms here. Our first room did not have working heat. The second room was much nicer. There is also no longer a hot tub. It has been removed.

So the thermostat doesn't work in my room and it is so cold in the room there is condensation on the window. Call the front desk, what do they do? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! If they had showed an ounce of empathy it would have helped. If they had been smart enough to tell me I could run it manually it would have be great... But instead NOTHING!

Room was well laid out. We really liked the table/desk that was in the middle of the room rather than up against a wall. Two of us could use it at the same time. Very clean and welcoming staff. Will stay there again. Close to town where went to a concert at the Uptown Grill.
